UPCAT 2008 Results Released
Click the button above for UPCAT results page on the net.
If you live far from UP Diliman or you just want to know the results fresh, I’d be going to the Office of the University Registrar on January 18th, Sunday, the supposed date of release of the UPCAT Results for the August 2008 UPCAT exam. If you want, I could check your names on the list!

NOTE: If your name’s not on the list I published on the net, or, if I don’t update you with the results within two days, that means that you did not qualify to any course you applied for.

To those who didn’t pass, try and try until a campus admits you. For PENDING CASES, do not worry. I was also in the Pending Case list. Mind you, I got my first choice and I have a decent UPG back then.

Hi, I’m just glad I found this blog and your post. It’s good to hear from someone who was actually on a Pending Case list himself. My son is also on the Pending Case list, and we feel that Feb 2 is eons away. But we’re keeping our fingers crossed that this will be ironed out soon.

Hello! Ma’am, I suggest you go to the OUR na to ask about his Pending case. Minsan kasi pwede nang tanungin agad. Ako kasi binalik-balikan ko ‘yun hanggang sa dulo. Hehe.
Anyway, i-ready nio na lang po yung Forms na ipinasa. Like Form 137-A and stuff kasi most likely, yun po ang nagiging reason bakit status ay pending.

Hi Sheila. I regret to inform you that you’re name’s not on the list.
However, I advise you to wait for your letter or go to the Office of the University Registrar to get your UPG and have it reconsidered to either UPLB, UPM or UP Pampanga or UP Baguio.
UP Diliman is closed for reconsiderations.

Hey Daniel,
If you are on the pending list, you must inquire at the Office of Admissions. As stated at the website, they will be accepting queries by the first week of February. However, like last year, pwede ka na atang magtanong as long as hindi sila busy. I suggest you ask na starting next week. Call them. If you are from Vis-Min, ask a relative to inquire for you. Only relatives are allowed to inquire for you.
I-ready mo na din ang Form 137 mo kasi most likely, that's the reason why your status is pending.
Hindi sure if you passed or not, pero in my case, nung 2006, nagkulang ng isang grade sa Form 137 ko at naresolve yon kaya nakapasa ako at napasok pa ako sa 1st choice ko which is BS Mechanical Engineering. Mind you, my UPG is 1.872 pero na-pending ako. Ang cutoff sa Diliman ay 2.40 nung batch namin. So, there's a chance for you to pass pa.
