UP Engineering New Registration System and Other Unfortunate Things
Monday, November 9th, 2009Okay, so I was back here in Manila last November 3 – all geared up for whatever unfortunate things to happen. When I got here, I already know that this week would be hell.
I knew from the past week I had gotten an INC in a subject and 4.0 in two subjects. So when I walked in at my department, I was kinda surprised my Form 5A was printed. I thought I’d be ineligible to enroll since at that moment, I have only passed three out of eighteen units I took from the last semester. But then a Form 5A is issued to those who are eligible – or not.
