Tsunami to Hit the Philippines and the Pacific
Saturday, February 27th, 2010After an 8.8-magnitude earthquake hit Chile yesterday, it was believed that a tsunami would behitting the coastal lines of the countries around the Pacific, which includes our very own country, the Philippines.
According to Yahoo! News, the earthquake collapsed bridges, plunged trucks and toppled homes threatening about a fourths of the globe, containing countries around the Pacific Ocean. Many people were killed. Many roads were destroyed with water, electricity and phone lines being cut in lots of areas in Chile.
