Its just days away and the girls are now preparing for the Preliminary Competition where they will be competing against each other in three parts: Swimsuit, Evening Gown and Casual Interview. The ladies will be sent in front of a panel of judges that will choose who will make it to the Top 20.

Last night, Anagabriela Espinoza Marroquin, Miss Mexico, has just claimed the crown as Miss International 2009. Espinoza is the top favorite for the crown after her barely getting into the Top 5 last year in the Miss World 2009.

Korea and United Kingdom emerged as 1st and 2nd Runner-ups.
