Eucalyptus Essential Oil
I’ve been having headaches since last month but what got me through is this excellent eucalyptus essential oil that makes me feel all better whenever this happens.
I really appreciate this as it was given to me by mother last year. However, I’m getting more concerned about my headaches as it may be an early migraine symptom.
Hopefully, this won’t be something too big for me to handle. I know I can manage and I would be able to get through this.

I have encountered outdoor thermometers

Pain Monsters Spotted at Market! Market for Advil Flash Mob
Last July 15, a flash mob for Advil invaded Market! Market! Pain Monsters were spotted dancing to grab the attention of the crowd. Here is the video of the recent flash mob that happened in Market! Market!
Turned it was a promotional event for Advil. It starts with ladies handing out pamphlets at the entrance of the mall. In the video, you can see that a group of dancers begin to the dance at the heart of the lobby. It created a buzz at the mall. A lot of the people around were amazed by the dancing skills of the Pain Monsters.
The actual performance’s introductory act was of three acrobats in neon-light suits performing some stunts. A short skit followed them, with the entrance of the four pain monsters – Body Pain, Headache, Toothache, Dysmenorrhea. They tag themselves as “The Legion of Pain”. In the skit, Advil Liqui-Force came to the rescue after The Tablet Man showed up and got beaten by the legion. With the Liqui Gel laser gun power, Advil Liqui-Force end up winning over the four pain monsters.
Some ladies then gave sample packs of Advil – Liquid Gel for the viewers.
In fairness to Advil, to come up with this brilliant idea was totally unpredictable. They really know how to advertise and grab attention from the public. It seems to me that the people enjoyed the performance, especially due to the fact that the skit was well-organized and had a really great concept. For more details of the flash mob, click here.
For people who are still not familiar with Advil – Liquid Gel: it is a medicine, with the general term Ibuprofen which gives quicker effect to illnesses such as dysmenorrhea, fever, inflammations and different types of pain.

Losing the Battle
More and more each day, I feel like I am losing my battle to living a healthier life. I have been counting days and days but I still haven’t started my diet program. I still get the kicks whenever I see carbohydrate-filled foods and I have not lessen my rice intake yet. It feels like I am failing myself once again and my hopes to acquire the right figure in time for the graduation pictorials gets blurry by the day. I hate myself for having a lack of discipline in implementing rules on my weight loss diet; I just hope I can still pull it off even if my deadline had passed.
I promise to start jogging next week. I hope that the skies would cooperate and that it won’t rain or else I shall start seeking for the best diet pills around. What do you think about apidexin? Is it effective?

Hair Loss
Days ago, I found some patches of hair loss on my head. When I checked some parts, there were no hair! I was kind of freaked out as these things aren’t really normal for me and no one in our family had experienced this, so I can’t blame genetics for it! It was then later when my friends told me that it might be stress-related. However, I still am looking for some hair loss cure just to make sure. Anyhow, I think my hair line’s getting higher and higher by the day.

Say, this schedule won’t be a great fat burner!!! I have classes from Monday up to Saturday! Gah. Oh well, I really have to take all these subjects so I’d be able to graduate immediately.

TUESDAY/THURSDAY
0830 – 1130 : ME 176 (DME, ME 5)
1200 – 0230 : ME 143 (DME, ELAB)
1600 – 1730 : IE 3 (MH 405)
*Take note of an hour and a half break between ME 143 and IE 3 and I don’t think I’d be able to take my lunch in the 30-minute break after ME 176. Well, they say ME 143 would just be a 30-minute session as the professor normally dismisses the class early.
