On Saturday, besides Katlin Laas, the Finnish housemate which entered the house to experience the Philippine culture in the Pinoy Big Brother House, another housemate will be going home by the virtue of our votes. As of now, there are still five nominees: Tom, Mariel and Patrick are the nominees from House A while Delio and Jason are the nominees for House B. (more…)
While everyone’s gone gaga with Survivor Samoa and evil Russell’s antics and while most of the Filipino viewers want the transgender comeback Isla Purgatoryo godess Justine Ferrer to win, I, on the other hand is rooting for Charles Fernandez! (more…)
Nowadays, the internet is continuously becoming a need more of a luxury. A lot of us are engrossed into a lot of activities in the world wide web and it seems like we are highly-dependent on the internet whether it be for communications, entertainment or informational use.
Currently, a lot of internet service providers are around the market – most of them had already made innovations to make the use of internet easier and more convenient for us. It is amazing how they have probably broken the limits! Everyone can surf the net anywhere, anytime! (more…)
We’re down to the last two weeks of Survivor Philippines Palau! Surprisingly, this season was a lot better. Truly, the production team has learned a lot from the past season’s mistakes.
As of now, there are five remaining castaways, the queens Amanda Coolley Van Coole and Mika Batchelor together with Jef Gaitan had probably made almost all the decisions in the game thus far. However, we still have the comeback Isla Purgatoryo godess, Justine Ferrer and the underdog Charles Fernandez. Ferrer, the first person voted off and Charles, the one who you think won’t stand a chance.
Last week, Shaun Rodriguez, the man of steel from Zambales was voted off. Though I think this has really lessened the possibility of Charles, Justine and Jef winning the game – I still think they can win. As of now, I’m rooting for a Jef or Charles win but this is anybody’s game, and I wouldn’t mind any of the remaining five winning.
This week’s tribal council would spell a lot of things. If Jef, Justine and Charles won’t be smart enough to take out either Amanda or Mika, they’re dead. But knowing how strong Mika is, she’ll win Immunity and Amanda will be booted off. Once Amanda goes home, the best position is in Jef’s hands – she can either stay on with Justine and Charles or side with Mika. If Mika wins another immunity, siding with her wouldn’t be a bad move. They can eliminate Justine, as she is a threat. Whomever gets Justine into the Final 2 will lose – they have to be smart enough to know that. That’s why Justine would be eliminated either F3 or F4 if these people are wise.
As of now, I am leaning on a Charles, Jef, Mika final three.
Cathy Remperas, the nurse from Bohol, will be off to Finland to switch with Finnish housemate Katlin. This is to take part in this season’s version of Big Brother swap.
Cathy is now preparing for the big swap! She’s trying to learn the Finnish language with the help of her fellow housemates. This was actually a good choice, I think. She’s also my bet, besides Melai, for the switch. Anyhow, represent Philippines well, Cathy!
Pinoy Big Brother had already stopped this week’s voting as he will evict forcibly one housemate from the house. The proceeds of this week’s polls which were halted due to this decision will be turned over to ABS-CBN’s charitable institutions. (more…)
It was just days ago when Jimson Ortega got evicted from the house. He got only 10% of the votes with Jayson getting the most, 46% followed by Carol 25% and Princess with 18%.
Yesterday, Pinoy Big Brother Double Up had their second nomination night. Even before the nomination night had commenced, Sassy Vamp from Cebu, Princess had already intended to voluntary exit the house.
She professed her thoughts to Big Brother after being automatically nominated for a violation. She then told her housemates that she doesn’t get the point of her staying in the house.
Now that Princess is out of the house and the nomination night is brewing – who will be the second housemate to be evicted from the house?

Who will be the first official housemate to be evicted in the Pinoy Big Brother Double Up? Your guess is as good as mines.
Certainly, one of Carol – the conservative pharmacist from Tondo, Princess – the sexy vamp from Cebu, Jason – the bad boy from Mindoro, and Jimson, the houseband from Spain will be kicked out of the house.
But it would be safe to assume on how the votes will end up tonight.
Princess will probably have the most number of votes. He has the Tom Mott fans support and has her own following too. My gut tells me PBB Management would want to develop the TomCess loveteam and so, I don’t think she’ll be evicted.
Jason had probably most of the airtime this week. This kind of editing unconsciously gives the idea to the viewers to vote for him. He also has a following and being a Batangueño too, can add support on his side.
That brings me to Carol and Jimson. Jimson would probably have a support from his family and relatives while Carol comes from a well-off Chinese family. She also has the UP community backing her up. Though Carol made a really bad impression this week along with her sweet image, Jimson will probably be the one to be evicted tonight, for obvious reasons.
