Proving to be a game of politics, Survivor Samoa ended up with an upset as the play-safe blondie pharamaceutical sales representative from Arkansas, Natalie White, stole the win over Russell Hantz in a 5-4 vote to win this season.

Clearly, Russell Hantz’ manipulative worked to his disadvantage which lead to White winning the game. This is the first ever in a long time that a mactor, has once again won Survivor, last was Parvati’s stint in Micronesia, and long ago, Jenna Morasca’s Survivor Amazon surprise win.

Oh my God! My ever favorite reality show is back with a whole new set of cast. Eighteen feisty individuals promised to make our guts twist as they bite each other for the coveted prize of $1 Million US Dollars and the title Sole Survivor.

Here’s a preview of this season’s castaways:

Surprisingly, I love this cast. One of the most diversed ever. I hope that this season won’t fail my expectations. Survivor Samoa is set to air on September 17 at C/S Crime and Suspense Channel 9 in the Philippines and September 17 at CBS in the US.

The show airs live 8 AM on Fridays, replay at 7 PM on Saturdays and 11 AM on Sundays.
