WATCH GLEE S02E1 AUDITION: Fox’s hit teen musical show Glee Season 2 will  be premiering tomorrow, September 21, 2010 at United States and all over the world. This season will have a total of 22 episodes. The season two will kickoff with new characters and a new nemesis for both Sue Sylvester and Mr. Schuster. The main cast will also have their rival counterparts with the addition of the Asian Pop Sensation Charice as Sunshine Corazon.

The New Directions will surely face another challenging year in their road to regionals, sectionals and nationals.
