While India’s Nicole Faria is the true goddess in this competition, MISS EARTH does not crown the most beautiful and breath-taking girl – the girl should be that one who they think can do her responsibility as Miss Earth well and I think that is where Desiree Van De Berg excels. She had been in three pageants in two months – she also represented Netherlands in Miss Universe! True determination, aye? This might also be the year when two Latinas would enter the Finalists and no Africans. Though I won’t really mind if an African will make it. It would probably be South Africa, Nigeria or Sudan.
When they lose one continent from the Top 4, they always make it a point – they would make it to the Top 8. So here’s the rest of the Top 8.
