Since I am enroled in a mechanical engineering course, I’d probably be encountering a lot about air condition filters and furnace filters anytime in the future. I keep on thinking what kind of work I’ll be able to land on after I graduate. So far, if I were to choose I’d probably go for a job that focuses more on powerplant engineering rather than machine design jobs. I think powerplant engineering jobs are less physical when it comes to work and more of theoretical.

As I review for an examination in refrigeration and air conditioning, I get to appreciate my course more and I learned why the courses I took before are important to make good foundations in one of the possible jobs I’ll land on in the future. Now, I get it that our university wants us to be prepared for all types of jobs depending on the offer of the industry but it would be better if I land a job similar to my professor in ME 183. That would be one and a half to two years from now. Yes, I’m excited!
