Well, me and my organization surely does! Our favorite hangouts and some of our events were held at Makati City! We also love Makati for it is the central business district of the Philippines; once or twice a year, we always do rounds in some of the best companies around to ask for sponsorship; and for some, to send out guest speakers for our events. Okay, so I was back here in Manila last November 3 – all geared up for whatever unfortunate things to happen. When I got here, I already know that this week would be hell.
I knew from the past week I had gotten an INC in a subject and 4.0 in two subjects. So when I walked in at my department, I was kinda surprised my Form 5A was printed. I thought I’d be ineligible to enroll since at that moment, I have only passed three out of eighteen units I took from the last semester. But then a Form 5A is issued to those who are eligible – or not. (more…)

Also, the president of the G-Xchange Inc. Ms. Rizza Maniago-Eala will have a discussion with the topic, “Challenges and Opportunities in MOBILE MONEY TRANSFER: Implementation of GCASH.” (more…)
On Saturday, besides Katlin Laas, the Finnish housemate which entered the house to experience the Philippine culture in the Pinoy Big Brother House, another housemate will be going home by the virtue of our votes. As of now, there are still five nominees: Tom, Mariel and Patrick are the nominees from House A while Delio and Jason are the nominees for House B. (more…)
While everyone’s gone gaga with Survivor Samoa and evil Russell’s antics and while most of the Filipino viewers want the transgender comeback Isla Purgatoryo godess Justine Ferrer to win, I, on the other hand is rooting for Charles Fernandez! (more…)
Nowadays, the internet is continuously becoming a need more of a luxury. A lot of us are engrossed into a lot of activities in the world wide web and it seems like we are highly-dependent on the internet whether it be for communications, entertainment or informational use.
Currently, a lot of internet service providers are around the market – most of them had already made innovations to make the use of internet easier and more convenient for us. It is amazing how they have probably broken the limits! Everyone can surf the net anywhere, anytime! (more…)
We’re down to the last two weeks of Survivor Philippines Palau! Surprisingly, this season was a lot better. Truly, the production team has learned a lot from the past season’s mistakes.
As of now, there are five remaining castaways, the queens Amanda Coolley Van Coole and Mika Batchelor together with Jef Gaitan had probably made almost all the decisions in the game thus far. However, we still have the comeback Isla Purgatoryo godess, Justine Ferrer and the underdog Charles Fernandez. Ferrer, the first person voted off and Charles, the one who you think won’t stand a chance.
Last week, Shaun Rodriguez, the man of steel from Zambales was voted off. Though I think this has really lessened the possibility of Charles, Justine and Jef winning the game – I still think they can win. As of now, I’m rooting for a Jef or Charles win but this is anybody’s game, and I wouldn’t mind any of the remaining five winning.
This week’s tribal council would spell a lot of things. If Jef, Justine and Charles won’t be smart enough to take out either Amanda or Mika, they’re dead. But knowing how strong Mika is, she’ll win Immunity and Amanda will be booted off. Once Amanda goes home, the best position is in Jef’s hands – she can either stay on with Justine and Charles or side with Mika. If Mika wins another immunity, siding with her wouldn’t be a bad move. They can eliminate Justine, as she is a threat. Whomever gets Justine into the Final 2 will lose – they have to be smart enough to know that. That’s why Justine would be eliminated either F3 or F4 if these people are wise.
As of now, I am leaning on a Charles, Jef, Mika final three.
